Communication facilities and others

ARP provides office support to its clients during their stay in Bangladesh; means assistance staff from the moment of plane landing until the flight back; hotel and restaurant reservations are also provided; communication facilities such as internet, telephone, fax and others are completely at their disposal to ensure the best possible communication with their head-offices, in order to make the clients feel at home and to ensure that their time in Bangladesh is concentrated on their main task: to care for their collection and to have no worries about anything else. This helps ARP develop a trustworthy and friendly relationship with its clients who in turn opens way to creating long and lasting business relationships.

Post service in terms of result analysis and actions correction

On a sampling stage, ARP and its clients meet in order to analyses the fitting sessions and go through all the involved details, identifying the ones that need improvement. Both a technician and a merchandiser are present in these meetings so that all the information is fluently shared and debated as well. A commercial analysis is also carried out after the collection launch in order to identify every possible improvement that will help the client to sell better and more in the next order.

Much like the logistics related to the documentation, all the information is duly and rigorously checked by ARP’s staff, very much aware of all the discrepancies that may occur, before

Shipment logistics monitoring

All the shipping logistics is handled by the merchandiser team which has regular meetings with the client’s forwarders in order to maximize the relationship between the two parts and benefiting from a shared interest of the business. ARP deals with highly complex files such as the ones that imply all the logistics of supplying the product to 20 different countries, obliging ARP’s staff to be proficient in all the matters related to legislation, bureaucracy and other procedures that may be needed.

Production planning and order follow-up

A permanent activity follow-up is provided throughout the whole production process. This follow-up is made by the QCs who collect daily information from the factories about the whole process, but also by the merchandisers who are in permanent contact with the production units. ARP has an extremely detailed and complete tracker that is filled in with daily information, registering all the data related to the order in question, providing a faithful and permanent register of the product life cycle. It is also a precious analysis tool that allows the technicians to identify every detail that may lead to a problem, therefore preventing it. The whole team meets up at the beginning of each week to go through all the aspects of the order in detail so that all the necessary corrective means may be activated in time.

Quality control, in-line inspections and final inspection AQL

ARP specifically trained technician’s monitories all the process related to the running orders by visiting the factories on a daily basis. This follow-up is not limited to the production unit and the in-line inspection but also to its subcontractors, such as: dying units, print houses, washing units, etc. The final inspection is carried out with the sampling plan AQL -Acceptable Quality Level – only varying with the demanded degree specified by each client.

Product Development and Approval

All the process of sampling and approval is supervised and submitted through the ARP’s technicians who verify each request and technical demand of the product before shipping out the final sample to the client, thus avoiding loss of time and maximizing the decision process. Sampling Process: it corresponds to the stage of the “dream come true” and as such its importance is absolutely crucial. ARP follows each step of the sample creation, ensuring the strict compliance of their lead-times: 1. Prototype 2. Photographic and sales samples 3. Completion of final sample for approval and registration

Price negotiation

The careful selection of the factories working with ARP leads to the fact that, usually, an average of 50% of those factories1 turnover is sold by ARP; in return, ARP provides these factories with a balanced production load throughout the year, shares a large amount of technical knowledge disposed by its highly trained textile technicians and also ensures that payments are met on time. This will provide the grounds for an excellent negotiation basis, ensuring the best price combined with ARP’s top premium services – it is indeed a win-win situation for both ends. For its client ARP will ensure a strict cost control plan, constantly monitored by the internal leader assigned to the order in question.

Order Placement

After a process of identifying the client’s needs for the project in question, ARP will suggest the most suitable partner(s) for the project based on its thorough knowledge of each factory – quality levels, costs, delivery dates, production capabilities, and other that may apply.
